Shipping & Returns

Shipping - Generally non-personalised items ship within two business days. If you require your items sooner, please contact us before ordering. We can often push an order to the top of the queue if required. Some personalised items may take an additional 1-8 business days. Again, if your order is urgently required, please let us know, and we can let you know if we can meet your requirement.

Return items - If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, in addition to your rights as a consumer under the Trade Practices Act 1974 and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations, you may also be eligible to return the item for a refund under Talisman Jewellery's Sale and Refund Policy (as described below).

Returns policy - For eligible products (excludes made-to-order, or customised items), you have up to 7 calendar days from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. The returned item(s) must be returned in the original packaging in as-new condition, including any gift packaging. Customised orders cannot be returned, unless we have failed to follow instructions given us on your initial order. If we have failed to follow instructions, you will have the option of a replacement item, or a refund. Clearance items cannot be returned unless they are damaged in transit. Goods are to be returned registered mail. Return postage will not be reimbursed, however if a replacement item is requested, it will be shipped from Talisman Jewellery without an additional charge.

Refund methods - Your refund will be issued after we receive your item(s) at Talisman Jewellery. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method. Credit card refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned package. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. For PayPal transactions, please allow up to 5 days for Talisman Jewellery to post the refund to your account. If you paid via by credit card, eChecque, or interbank transfer via PayPal, PayPal may return that to your account, or leave it as a PayPal credit. Please contact PayPal for details. For cheque/money order/ direct deposit payments, you will need to provide us with your bank details, please allow up to 5 days for Talisman Jewellery to post the refund to your account.

Return status - Normally, we will update your account, that we have received your item within two days of having received it. In some cases, this may take up to ten days. When the return is confirmed we will process the refund within 1 business day. Please contact admin@talismanjewellery.com.au to obtain up-to-date return and refund information.

Incorrect or damaged items - If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping, please contact Talisman Jewellery Store by email: admin@talismanjewellery.com.au.
